Bad bad service employees will tell you anything to keep you waiting they have sales display that's not in stock too many lines form at with 10 or more people when they only need one for two servor for whatever they need

I got to Cricket by 8:55, and waited til 9:00 am and I must say that the Cricket Clerk was not only polite, but new the inventory and very helpful! It was a pleasant experience!

very disappointed with the service my mother was given. the salesperson didn't know how to transfer info from the one sim card to another and was focused on transferring contacts that I told her were not on my mother's Google account. it is always okay to say you don't know how to do something. when my mother returned the phone because it was not turning on, the salesperson wouldn't refund my mother the cost of the phone case and neglected to give her the phone case back, which doesn't make any sense.
