“I'm a new member with Southern Security Federal Credit Union. For a few weeks, I'd been inquiring about how to order checks. I called the Southaven branch and they require members to come into the branch for their first check order. Being that I work 9A-5P M-F, it's hard for me to catch them during their regular hours. I called again regarding a different question originally, and I was assisted by Angela Thomas. Angela assisted me with my first inquiry, and when she asked, "Is there anything else I can help you with?," it just felt like a good time to ask about the checks again. Angela informed me that she could help me order the checks. She even went so far as to help me find a design by trying to describe the designs, which was actually hilarious. Angela exuded professionalism, courtesy, with a healthy dash of humanism. I can tell this isn't just a job for her; she actually cared about satisfying my questions. STFCU is fortunate to have her as an employee, and I'm just as fortunate to have experienced her A1 customer service.”

Firstly, Krissna was not only so sweet to me, she was very professional in answering all my questions, as well as, informing me all about my new accounts & how the online banking works, etc. I was a little nervous bc I wasn’t entirely sure how a credit union differed from a bank but I was able to get all of my stuff finished, complete w/ an instant new debit card in less than a half an hour. “As a long time customer, I have gone through a lot of different setups with this location at (Hacks Cross). The set up at the location now for me is not providing much security and privacy. When you are speaking to the teller you are wide open and your conversation is heard by all. Your money is disbursed from a machine that is actually located in the lobby area where it could easily be picked up by someone in the lobby. There is too much walking back and forward getting money in one location and pulling the receipt in another location. At this point the ATM machine will only disburse $400 for me, since I only have a savings account, which means if I need more money that is a trip inside, to tell the world my business.I gave 5 stars because I am always treated and greeted with courtesy and have my needs met at this location. Just like I’m the only one that matters at that time.”
