The majority or Google reviews here aren’t for the apartment, they are for the park because the apartment sucks. Management here is evil, vindictive, and manipulative, horrible and lazy control freaks. They manipulate if you complain. They don’t care about anything but themselves. There are no resident activities or appreciation. No appreciation that we stay in a raggedly managed building stinking of garbage and sewage half the time. Our appreciation is an increase in rent and utilities. The windows are filthy. Pest control is poor. There are many bugs. Packages are stolen. Complaints aren’t responded to appropriately. The alarm goes off downstairs all weekend. Pee and poop is on the backside entrance constantly. Apartments aren’t cleaned before move in. Elevators are constantly broken and slowly fixed. Back exit door doesn’t open half the time. Back entrance door broken for months. No resident activities. No resident lounge and coffee area. No weekend help. Exercise room smells like mold. Building is nice and you’re basically paying for location and that’s it. They overcharge for this old moldy building with no real benefits or amenities other than being financial next to a subpar park.Once my lease is up in April I’m so done with this place. I will go some place worthy of the high rent.

Court Square Center Apartments is a great place to rent from. The management especially Ms Phyllis are kind and care about the residents. Maintenance is prompt and very professional. The place is very quiet which is nice considering it is downtown. There are many things nearby to do. Its a beautiful building.

The three building complex has some of the nicest apartments in central downtown Memphis. Great management and a friendly and helpful support staff.

We had a Prayer, Balloons Release and healing anointing session to honor #SurvivorsandCareSharers of Domestic Violence. We loved having the security check on us and noting their presence.

The new management is unresponsive. They are increasing fees, while cutting as many costs as possible, including maintenance and upkeep.There is no real way to contact management.

My brother had his wedding in the gazebo today. 1/2 way through, a homeless man approached the party and a cop had to intercept. The man bucked up to the cop, who then said "TRY ME" and pulled his pepper spray and shook it up. The homeless man then walked away yelling. Not the worst wedding I've ever been to. 4 Stars.

Great little park across from our hotel . Sadly it's falling into disrepair. The fountain which is really amazing is leaking water everywhere. Hope somebody restores this landmark before it completely fails. Sadly people look at this fountain as a trash can . All kinds of trash thrown in here . Bottles, cans and even an old carpet
