I came in on June30, just to browse and get a little insight on what it is I wanted in my new home. From the moment I walked in with my son and nephew, Mr. Quentin Ingram and Supervisor, Mr. Raul, had been extremely tentative, patient and helpful. There was never a moment I was left confused or in question, I was in the loop through the whole ordeal. I was approved for a grand total amount, was told to come back on 03July for another special incentive. Left with an entire bedroom, living room, kitchen as well as a free smart television. I would definitely recommend anyone to Conn’s. Ask for ‘Q’ and ‘Raul’. Top tier service!!

From the entrance to the departure my husband and I customer service was phenomenal. Omar is the best hands down. Omar provide fast and friendly service and he was very knowledgeable of the appliances with that being said I made the best decision shopping at Conn’s Riverdale location.
