“Five start review for Riley in electronics! I gave my sister (who is NOT tech savvy) a jitterbug phone for Christmas and she could never get it to work properly. I finally convinced her to take it back to Best Buy and ask them to help. Today she finally did and Riley called me (in Nashville) to get some information about the purchase of the phone, etc. He was very patient, kind and a great problem solver. After a few phone calls and discussions, he discovered the problem with the phone (sister has accidentally turned it on airplane mode!) and he fixed it quickly and easily with good humor.
