T/G for Mom-and-Pops, people who actually want to deliver service and help a customer find what they are looking for.Let's support these guys as much as possible, so we All don't get herded into the corporates, Home-Depot and Lowe's, where CS is never to be found, and the customer often knows more than the personnel.I thank God for stores like this still in existence in today's world!PS: The older folks there, are the true heroes, bc they go out-of-their-way to want to help their customers. 5-stars all the way, and then some! :)

I went here cause Murray send me here for parts to a Lawnmower Model: MNA153003. The 10 feet giant was rude did not want to help did know anything but a older lady knew all the answer to my problems she was nice and very helpful could not find the part I needed put she recommended a wing bolt and it worked for now my handle knob on my yard mower. We need more people like her in customer service she was knowledgeable and helpful in very way. Thank youThe 10 feet giant got to be the owners son very rude like a Karen.

Have bought numerous items from Colonial. Zero turn Snapper in stock, upgrade special order parts, Echo trimmer, edger and more. If item is not in stock, great communication letting me know when item has arrived. Outstanding customer service every time. My go to store for all outdoor equipment.

I took my echo chainsaw in because it was leaking all of the oil out of the reservoir. Paid the $20 fee to have it looked at. Received a call saying it was ready and went to pick it up. They said nothing was wrong with it, that a little would drip out from usage. I re-explained that the entire tank was leaking out. The tall guy went to the back and came back out and said I need to pop the cap after usage and let the pressure out. I tested this at home after picking up, still the same problem. I suspect my chainsaw was not even actually looked at. I’ve had multiple chainsaws and none have ever leaked like this or really at all. I will not be returning.

If you go in or call for parts, even with a part number, help is horrid at best. If your not buying off the shelf they do not care. Do not waste your time.
