Went in- first sales associate to greet me, I asked for the shoe and size- he went to the back, came right out with it and I checked right out. Only took about 10 minutes and I was on my way! Thats my type of service!

Bought some shoes from this store and they were too small I tried calling this store to see if I can exchange I didn’t get any one to answer the phone for a few days. Called Customer Service and they tell me to go to Hibbett sports because they merged went there and they said they cannot pull up the receipt.. all I want to do is do an exchange on a $200.00 pair of shoes that I bought that are too small .... I REFUSE TO BUY ANYTHING ELSE FROM CITY GEAR.

Placed an order with city gear online, paid a 25$ rush charge to get the order, wait patiently to recieve the order before christmas and no show. Finally get in touch with someone from city gear only to find out they cancelled my order and didnt bother to notify me. Trying to reorder the same order im told i cant do so??? Im now told go online reorder and then call to clear the shipment. What??? To much back and fourth and still NO Christmas gifts for three people. Never have i ever had so much trouble placing an order as i have with these guys. **beware....you might recieve your order or you might not but one thing is for sure ......customer service isnt much help. GoodLuck
