When I come pick up my shoes with the raffle one of your employees told me I could not try on the new release shoes and I have tried on shoes plenty of times and different stores but when I come to the store in the Southland Mall they tell me I can't........a new rule

Southland Mall City Gear staff Greeted me when I first walked inside the store! They had good customer services and I found the shoes that I was looking for.

Title: Unfortunate Experience at City Gear – Frustration with Lack of ResolutionRating: ⭐️I am deeply disappointed with my recent experience at City Gear and feel compelled to share my frustration regarding their handling of a scam that took place at the Southland Mall location on 9/30. My encounter with the staff and subsequent attempts to resolve the issue have left me disheartened with the lack of professionalism and customer care exhibited by those in higher positions.On the mentioned date, I visited the store to purchase a pair of shoes I was informed were not available in-store due to size constraints. Following the worker's guidance, I paid for the transaction, expecting an emailed receipt and the shoes to be shipped to my address. To my dismay, a week later, I discovered that my order was never processed, and the shoes were allegedly given to someone claiming to be the worker's Godbrother.The ensuing ordeal has been incredibly frustrating, as attempts to address the issue with higher-ups have resulted in a run-around. Visiting three other City Gear stores in the hope of speaking with someone in authority only added to my frustration. It appears there is a lack of accountability and transparency in their loss prevention and business practices.The most disheartening aspect is the need for me to prove my innocence due to statements made by the workers and assumptions derived from a video tape. The process of recovering my lost funds and holding the responsible parties accountable has become a lengthy and exasperating endeavor.City Gear's failure to promptly resolve this matter and the apparent protection of internal wrongdoers reflect poorly on the integrity of the establishment. I hope this review serves as a cautionary tale for others considering patronizing City Gear and as a call for the necessary improvements in their customer service and loss prevention procedures.
