  Bad customer service came to the store at 7:10 no one was upfront manager was nowhere in site. Talk to a manager. They said they was closed because had their quote.

  I purchased items in two stores recently. The west memphis store was a friendly and great experience and the manager was welcoming and inviting and I came in to just browse but she shared with me the deals and I took advantage of the deals. The 3rd street store was messy, the manager was unfriendly, didn't speak and didn't suggest anything. I asked the cashier if there were any jeans on sale and pointed me to the back. I found some deals and a few more items but I refused to spend an additional two or three hundred dollars in a location where the manager absolutely did not represent the brand. This is not a location I will probably ever return to. I guess because it's a minority impoverished neighborhood that mission statement and customer service standard does not apply. It is really sad.

  The website says open at 12. Salesperson didn’t let me and another customer in until almost 1 o’clock. But, they did let someone else in, who didn’t have to wait. Customer service was awful. The person that opened the door, finally, didn’t act professionally at all.

  wish I️ could Leave 0 stars. I️ had A pickup order, and after being greeted when I️ walked In, I️ told why I️ was There and the employee said “I️ hate Pick up Orders” not even asking for my order information he immediately said “your orders not here” I️ confirmed The address & i was at the right location. He then told me we don’t sell that shoe, & you’ll probably have to check back Tuesday when our shipment comes in. After walking around attempting to find a shoe replacement another employee asked if I️ needed help, I️ showed the picture of the shoe & it was in the back along with several others just like them. After finding the shoe the original employee said that it would be 20-30 minutes before he could give it to me because he doesn’t see the order. After waiting 15 minutes another employee approached me & immediately found the order by my name & I️ was On my way. Just unnecessary unprofessionalism & a lock of improper knowledge of the job. Do better lgbtq.

  Went in to buy shoes for my grand daughter and got two crossbody nike bags and was charged 37.00 for both bags when one said 27.00 and went back to let it be known that I was over charged and I was told that's not my fault and there's nothing I can do about it.

  The store was very clean and the employees were very helpful and professional! Was able to find, try on, and purchase my daughter’s tennis shoes within less than ten minutes with no issues!
