My husband purchased a Jeep yesterday and Mario was an amazing Sales guy! He pushed and got us everything we wanted and needed and deserved. Definitely use Mario when shopping at City auto :) Carlos was very nice and made the signing of the papers process fun and enjoyable.

This my second experience with city auto and just like my first visit it was a wonderful experience, the salesman Antwawn was the same guy I delt with the first time, He went professional, kind and quite pleasant, and the guy in finance department, Carlos was the same way ,He explained everything so perfectly And professionally, I came back because I've never spent less time purchasing a vehicle, normally you be all day at these car lots but not at city auto and time is very important to me and I really appreciate their prompt service and also their professionalism.....

I’m speaking on behalf of my brother who purchased a vehicle from here 3 weeks ago and was told they would fix the window tracks. Well as of today it’s still off track and I keep getting the run around on who to speak with!! It is very frustrating and I think I’m going to contact the BBB about this!!

Probably one of my better buying experiences. The staff there was excellent. Our Salesman Kirk Catron went over and beyond to make sure our buying process was quick and simple. With help from the sales mgr Calvin Logan we agreed on a price before I got to the dealership and my paperwork was pretty much already populated and ready to go. We test drove the car, signed on the dotted line and gone in a little over an hour.
I highly recommend City Auto and be sure to ask for our buddy Kirk

What an amazing experience. Shout out to Desmond for being an amazing salesman. He walked us through the entire process. Carlos in finance is outstanding! He made the paperwork process just as smooth. Lastly, Calvin was an amazing Sales manager and made sure the process went completely smooth.

I have had the worst experience with city auto. DO NOT purchase a car from them. They are liars and scammers. I’ve had nothing but problems with the car I purchased from them. They spray painted underneath the car a matte black spray to hide the bad condition the car was in. We were told “they do that during inspection” when we questioned it. We didn’t think anything of it, but now that the paint is gone, the whole bottom of my car is completely rusted out to where water soaks my floorboards when there is water on the roads. They also said that when they did the inspection on my car, that the brakes “just barley passed the city auto inspection being at 60%” and the lady I was speaking to said “they probably should have been changed, but they passed inspection..” my brakes started going out on me while driving not even a year after purchasing the car. City auto doesn’t care if you are safe in the car they sell you or not. After mentioning all of this to one of the managers, I was given two options, one being to bring it into the service shop on site. I did that but the service shop didn’t even care to look at the underneath, at all the rust under the car, and I was told that I would be charged $160 for them to even look at it after being told I could get my car checked so they could help make my experience better. This whole experience had been terrible. I do not recommend city auto.
