I see why this place is 2 star rating. Pumped regular. Then I noticed it cost way more than it shouldve. Charged me for premium. I go inside and tell them about it and asked them to check the cameras bc I know what I hit. 20+ years of hitting regular I think id know the difference. They refuse to check the cameras and tell me it wouldn’t say premium if I didn’t hit it and told me I should’ve paid attention while pumping. Watch this place. Not saying it’s intentional but either way just paid premium for regular gas so either way got about $10 stolen from me.

The staff at this store location are very rude. Will not assist you or help you with your items. When you get up to the checkout wouldn't not even unlock the bathroom for my young daughter to use the restroom very unprofessional.

The gas pumps at the station never seem to work. Everytime I stopped by the station to fill up with gas, half the pumps are out of order, and the other half printer receipt and say see the cashier. I also would like to add every time I've asked a question about a circle k card, the employees behind the counter are the most hateful people I've ever encountered. I wish this gas station would close

Terrible customer service just because I was from another country, they denied me bathroom service, the cashier flatly denied me the bathroom and the same thing happened to another colleague.

If I could give zero stars, I would. I'm pretty well used to this particular store having terrible customer service, but this morning absolutely took the cake. Rather than the cashier actually try to do something helpful, she instead chose to blame me for the self-scan adding items that I did not even have. I was told I should pay better attention and be careful when using the self-checkout, despite only setting to items on the counter and being rung up for nearly twice the dollar amount of what I had intended to purchase. I genuinely can't even imagine saying something like that to one of my customers, so I canceled the transaction at that point and took my business elsewhere. Train your people or fire the staff at start over because the current level of service your employees offer are offering is nothing short of abhorrent.

The newer middle aged woman with the glasses and long braided hair has such a terrible, non-helpful attitude. I've been comin to this K ever since I moved in around the corner, the bald gentleman(I believe store manager) is always very nice and great help. The younger person with glasses in the afternoons(possibly still a student) is great, the new older lady is with glasses and short hair is great, but girl with dreads will be why I will now shop at 64 down the street

Every time I go to any Circle K it’s an problem,I just can’t stand the place ,gave the cashiers $17.00 he gave me 15.00 on the pump.that’s kind of mild but I always have some kind of problem with this company.

Saying they have nothing to do with the ATM yet there in your store i wasted my money never again will i return there. Dont use the atm it’s completely a waste of MONEY

Young man working Friday night needs some training on how to talk to people. Will not be returning as long as he is working. Closing at 9:30 on a Friday night… okay cool but learn how to tell your customer that in a nice way. Some customer service skills are needed

I Just went in and one of the employees had their kids with them behind the counter at work with her. The older one gave me the best customer service I have had in a long time. I think the management allowing her to bring her kids to work with her speaks volumes about how much circle K cares about their employees and employees' families. Keep it up!
