DO NOT GO TO THIS GAS STATION—THE CASHIER ACCUSED ME OF A SCAM!
Zero stars should be an option! If the owner or manager is reading this, you need to seriously reconsider who you have working here. Today, I prepaid $16 for gas on pump 6, but the cashier, Michelle, put it on pump 7 instead. I didn’t realize this until I went back inside and she told me she thought I said pump 7—and that the gas had already been pumped by someone else.
That was her mistake, but instead of fixing it, she accused both me and the person who got the gas of scamming her! She even checked the cameras, saw that I never got my gas, and still refused to correct it. When I asked for her full name, she instead asked me to write my name down because she said she was calling the police—over her own error.
After all that, she suddenly changed her tune and offered to pay for the gas out of her own pocket so I could pump it. Absolutely not. After being falsely accused and threatened with the cops, why would I trust her? For all I know, she could turn around and claim I took gas I didn’t pay for.
This employee is rude, unprofessional, and not to be trusted. I will never be back, and I suggest no one else go here unless you want to risk being accused of a crime because of their mistakes.
STAY AWAY FROM THIS PLACE!!!

The cashier was pulling into the store behind me I assume late for her shift at about 10:30 or so 12/17/2024 I parked to go into the store and pulls up blowing horn very rude. You should never blow your horn at a customer asking them to move because you are late whatever reason. I will return to the store and continue to leave negative reviews if the service is still bad. Peace

*WATCH OUT!* COPS KNOW THIS NOW.
The young clerk made mysterious eye contact with me as I pumped gas just after dark. As I finished pumping, a black Buick Regal pulled up with two young Africa-American males with short dreads. They weren’t there to get gas but for one to distract me with a fake advertisement of some sort while the other was starting to pull out something from his pocket which wasn’t his phone. I was able to quickly put the gas cap on, tell them I wasn’t interested, get back in the car and drive off, thwarting whatever nefarious mission they were on.

I am surprised to see this low rating after the friendly experience I had today. My oil light was going crazy and I ran in somewhat panicked and was met with the friendliest cashier attendant I have ever met in the city of Memphis. She offered help finding the product and even offered to assist if I had trouble thereafter. What a ray of sunshine! It brightened my day all together.

The cashier there is rude as hell and needs to learn how to tell time because apparently 30 minutes is 2 hours I just was rude to me after I just paid for gas and cigarettes

First the only reason I give such a horrible rating is because of the customer service received by the older lady Martha or Michellle whatever her name was. She is extremely rude and if you are African American do not ponder while making a selection or she will assume you are stealing. The manager of the store is absolutely amazing I pray He gets better help because the front end of the store has poor unsatisfactory customer service. She definitely doesn’t enjoy her job!!! It will not help to attempt to communicate with her about her poor service She will only be hostile!! Just sad keep driving if you in search of great customer service unless your blessed to have the manager ring you out because his help refused!!!

Older lady at the register too rude. Definitly should not be working in cuatomer service. Showed her 2 proofs of picture ID and my name on my SSC for a cigar and she refused to scan either one after telling me both my driver license and carry permit were fake. Another customer came up and told me she acts that way every day. Definitly puts a bad look on Circle K.

I came for ice only that's it bc this store is just too high pricey for anything else and it charges for ice now and refills but I love ice and the cups that keeps my water cool ?
