This dealership I would never ever recommend for anybody took deposits for Land Cruis Never was told it was a nonrefundable deposit or Never made sign anything that says it was a nonrefundable deposit
Deposit was left on March 19th was told a vehicle will be there within a month The vehicle didn’t show up till Jul 12th and didn’t want to refund the deposit

This stealership and sales people are bunch of clowns. Hostile, rude sales people and the treatment you get on a $60K car is as bottom of the barrel as it gets. Called to make an out of state deal - hire that must have come straight from DMV was straight up rude and when I asked to be transferred to the sales manager, she hung up. Second one got lost looking for a $60K car - she didn't know it even existed. Third one, Mark - that one must have been the leader of this troupe of clowns. Arrogant, rude, and again - overfed as you know what stealer used to ripping people off. No wonder 2 year old Supra is still sitting, collecting dust. I guess they're not hungry enough to sell it.

If I could give a 0 star review I would after today's experience trying to buy a car from Chuck Hutton Toyota. I have been on the search for a newer pre-owned Lexus for several weeks. Found an ad for exactly what I was looking for, at the correct price point, after hours the night before. Called the dealership a little after 10am. Was transferred to sales and Cindy took the call. Told her what car I was looking at with the stock number, and that I have 5 questions about the car. Note: I am 7ish hours away so I can not easily just drive to the dealership to do this in person. She answered those questions with good enough answers, a handful of pictures, and promised a video but was too busy to take. After that I asked her to email me an out the door price at approx. 10:20am so I could acquire funds and buy air plane tickets. 2:30pm she had still yet to send me a price. I text her that if she did not have time to sell this car to please hand the car and myself off to someone who did. 30 Minutes later Sarah called me and I let her know I have been waiting all day for an out the door price so I could get the logistics together to come purchase the car on Monday. At 4:50pm I was finally sent the out the door price and asked if we could talk to work out the details. 5:54pm Sarah calls. We discuss the details, fees, payment, and down payment to hold the car. She takes my CC# for payment and established I would be by later next week to do paperwork and purchase. About 5 minutes later Sarah calls to apologize that the car had sold earlier in the evening, basically selling it out from under me when I had been trying since 10:15 to purchase this car for the advertised price. Cindy did not do her job whatsoever, did not put me into the system to hold the car or that we were in process, and did not communicate effectively. Had she spent 15 minutes with me in the morning on the phone, provided me with a simple out the door price, the deal would have been complete as simple as that. The disrespect and lack of customer service with the events of today are pathetic to say the least.
Highly suggest taking your business elsewhere if you have the choice.

I had a very pleasant experience working with Cindy Long at Chuck Hutton Toyota in Memphis. She was extremely patient with me and answered all my questions. She only sold what I wanted and not what she wanted to sell. She provided clear guidance on aspects that I did not have much knowledge about and that helped me with my decisions to buy the car that I wanted. She was very prompt in responding to my text messages and call backs. I give 5 stars simply for the experience i had at Chuck Hutton Toyota. The prices for cars were also very competitive and I found the price was the best among all other showrooms.

Don’t do the business with them.
We had the most horrible experience here. They lied to us and gave us the most horrible deal. Giving attitude when we said we need more time to make the decision. Ed, the finance guy, he ran my credit twice when I clearly asked them over and over how many times that they need to pull my credit, they said once and they would get the pre-approve through Toyota finance. However, when I checked on my credit report, they did it through Chuck Hutton finance so I would not be able to purchase from another Toyota dealership unless I want to have my credit check again, and they pulled my credit through Capital One without asking me. They offered me 8.84% while Toyota Finance gave me 4.99% with excellent credit score. I understand that they need money to live on but at least give it some common sense and some respect when customer needs time to think before making the decision. I bet they know they messed up when they refused to let me keep the paper with all the numbers on it.

I purchased a vehicle here (RAV4) and I absolutely love it. I also love the service I’ve received here! 1) when I was searching for my car, the rep I worked with didn’t pressure me like other places. He was kind and really interested in me getting the best vehicle for my family.
2) Today - Roderick and another sales rep saved me so much time by quickly handling an issue I had. I was a walk in and they helped me within 5 minutes!
I truly enjoy my experiences here and they’ve made a lifelong customer out of me.

Chuck Hutton Toyota has been my go-to place for a long time. Situations do occur, but they always handle them with care. However, I must CAUTION ⚠️ you NOT to deal with a particular service representative, KIM SCOTT!! He informed me that my claim was denied, but when I called Toyota for clarification, I discovered the claim was never filed. He stated my tire tread was too low and that it would be denied, so he didn’t even submit it.
I’m not sure if this is Toyota’s practice, but I believe the company should’ve been the one to deny the claim; policies in large corporations can change daily. Something could have changed just minutes before I arrived, and my claim might have been approved if filed. Instead, I was left in a stressful situation. When I tried to resolve the issue, the situation felt very unsafe⚠️ When I saw the situation escalating, I moved down two desk away from him to speak with another representative. Mr. Scott began pacing, threw a business card at a coworker. Just a heads-up if you’re dealing with their service department‼️⚠️

If I could give 0 stars I would, STAY AWAY FROM THESE PEOPLE. They got me all the way through a deal, and did a hard inquiry on my credit and when I committed to the deal they told me the car was sold and that they didn't have any other like it.
This is just bad business practice all the way around. Avoid AT ALL COST.

The 2016 Avalon is amazing and I love it love it love it it is just pure magnification of amazingness Cindy has done a well-known job and is doing a great job of making herself and making her customer smile and making her customers happy. Cindy is a top-tier salesman and loves her job well I hope to continue and other to continue to be a part of having Cindy as their salesman.
