I am writing to express my dissatisfaction with a recent car purchase agreement. I paid a $2,000 deposit for a vehicle that was supposed to be delivered November 2024. Despite this agreement, I have not received the car, nor have I been given any updates on its status. Repeated attempts to communicate with the sales representative and the dealership have been fruitless, often leading to unanswered calls or being directed to voicemail.The initial handling of my order also raised concerns, as the listing for the car remained online even after my purchase. Despite assurances that the vehicle was on its way, the only update I received was a vague notification of a possible delivery in early the following year, with no further details provided. My efforts to seek clarity or any sort of communication have been consistently ignored.This lack of communication and the dealership's refusal to refund my deposit when requested are completely unacceptable. I understand that delays can happen, but holding my money indefinitely without providing the promised product or service is unprofessional and appears to be a shady business practice. I am left with no choice but to seek a refund and pursue other options, as I have lost confidence in this transaction.

Best car buying experience ever! Malachi was patient with me, I made several visits to the dealership before deciding which truck to buy. He wasn't pushy, but took lots of time to answer all my questions. He knows his Toyotas and is an excellent salesman. -Paul (posted by Shannon)

I've had my 2022 camry LE for 6 days....When they sold it to me, it had a bent up janky looking rim...even said "BENT" in yellow marker on the rim. I also noticed some scratches that should have been fixed by the detail team b4 the car even hit the sales floor. I was told by my sales rep that I could get the scratches fixed and the rim replaced b4 I made the purchaseService was scheduled for Friday. I came in at @722, they took my car away at 725am....I didn't get my car back til 925a. 2 hrs to put on a rim?! Whaaaaat?! Should have been 45 minutes tops. And the rim they put on, still had some knicks. So thanks for the used rim after putting down 12.5k on the car!My sales representative was there and I asked her bout the scratch detail work promised and she said that the detail guy only comes in on Monday and Wednesday and leaves by 1pm. Unfortunately I work both of those days... very odd how there's only 2 days to do detail work at a big Toyota dealership.So far I'm not very impressed with Chuck Hutton Toyota in Memphis. The service leader was nice enough, but still should have apologized to me for the wait... especially when several others were in and out b4 me.

Bought a brand new 2023 I requested my rain-guards on my old 2020 Corolla that I traded in. Of course the sales person told me they would buy new ones with no charge. I bought this car April 16 and just now am getting them out on today July 11. Communication was horrible and they had the nerve to ask me to pay for labor! What am I paying for ? I waited 3 months for this service to be done bought a $50k car and I'm being asked to pay for labor?? Insanity... my sales person was horrible would never come back to this location Update they installed rain guards incorrectly and now my windows will not even roll up. These people are pathetic truly.

There to buy a new car and I did have an appointment to make things go faster. And I knew exactly what I wanted so that helped. I was pleased with the ease of purchasing a new car. The process is so much faster these days.

Just left Memphis for beach vacation to Gulf Shores, AL. Made it far as Church Road in Mississippi. Car died. Our FJ was Deader than a door nail. Called Chuck Hutton and talked to Brian in service. Told him we were headed out for vacation and asked if he could get us in today. He said YES! He sent a wrecker that showed up in a half hour and delivered it to his service department. Replaced alternator and battery. With in 4 hours we were on the road again. Saved our vacation!Brian is a first class pro. He and Chuck Hutton Toyota have a top notch Service Department.Thank You, BRIAN!

DO NOT EVER COME TO THIS PLACE FOR SERVICE ON YOUR CAR.just look at their 1 star reviews, look how they treat customers and ruin their relationship with Toyota over and over again.I took my car in for service 14 months ago because many errors came on the car including secondary break malfunction, LDA malfunction, drive start malfunction, and engine light. They fixed the problem and charged me $600 which I was okay with. 13 months later all the same lights come back on, I called them to see if maybe I could get my problem fixed with less or free of charge since obviously the problem wasn't fixed (I knew it was a reach to ask for that but did it anyways). When I called the manager STEVE stated that my car was taken in April of last year for check engine only. They literally created a false documents stating that I took it in for check engine only, good thing I have documentation of everything that was wrong with the car when I took it in. If you look up this problems online on a Camry 2018 or 2019 you'll find hundreds of customers having the same problem, was this falsely documented to not have to do recall on every Camry from those years because of how much it would cost them? I don't know we will find out.I agreed to take my car in for a diagnostic that would cost $145 or $160 after tax which would tell me what was wrong with the car and how much it would be to get fixed. The first time they stated that they didn't know what the problem was but they reset the system and the lights were off and charged me the amount above and told me if they come back on which they probably will just bring it back so we can see what new codes come up because right now it's mixed with old codes. 4 hours later the light came back on and I called to take it back in. Once I take it back in after day 1 they say that they're not sure what the problem is but they are being someone in tomorrow to take a better look, after the 2nd day they called me and said they're not sure what the problem is completely but they know where it possibly starts. That they can replace a part that would cost $1470 and that might fix the problem but that they aren't sure at all. Since they really don't know what the problem is and they're pretty much playing the guessing game I asked for a refund because it's ridiculous that they don't know what the problem is but still want to charge me $1470 to just see if that change fixes the car. If I pay for a diagnosis is for them to tell me exactly what's wrong and what would be the total to fix it. If you can't come up with an accurate answer why would you charge your customer for the diagnosis? I asked Steve for a refund he said sorry we are not issuing a refund. Like I said, luckily I have prove of documentation from last year for their false documents and we will see where this ends up.THIS IS A HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE, I know we get desperate when something happens to our car but this place made it a thousand times worse. Whatever you do, DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME AND MONEY ON THIS PLACE, IT IS NOT WORTH IT!!!

Bought my Tacoma about a year ago and love it. Worked out a great deal with my trade. All that said, their service department is unmatched. I knew they were good, but it took me trying another Toyota dealer's service dept. to realize how good they are. Fast and efficient and they actually acknowledge their customers. I can't recommend them enough.
