DO NOT USE THIS SUPPLIER FOR ANY AUTO SERVICE!!! I just moved to Germantown from Denver, CO late may 2023. My Malibu - still under warranty - needs an A/C repair. I've attempted a coolant load on my own - nada.I contacted the Chuck Hutton Chevrolet service department this afternoon and the lady (very politely) informed me that their service shop was behind 7 to 10 days.She further stated that in order to secure an appointment and to have that appointment actually held with service performed - I had to LEAVE MY CAR THERE FOR THE TIME LEADING UP TO THE APPOINTMENT.Ladies and Gentlemen - I've heard a lot of things in 62 years. This is surely the stupidest requirement I've ever had from any dealer of any brand in the 60 countries I've enjoyed.I urge anyone contemplating any purchase or service at Chuck Hutton Chevrolet Memphis, TN to look for acceptable alternatives.Unvelievable...

I needed a part for my decades-old GM (General Motors) passenger vehicle. Upon recommendation from my mechanic, I visited the Parts Department here.I received very efficient service, and the price for the car part was reasonable. The part works perfectly in my ancient car. I will return if I need additional OEM (original equipment manufacturer) parts.

My wife's car in their shop for 12 weeks now as of September 27, 2022.. Brought the car here on July 5, 2022. Told it would be 3 to 4 weeks before they could get to it, which was fine with us.They have performed Tune up, new wires, pulled intake manifold, new fuel injectors, new egr valve, new temp sensor, cleaned seatbelt connections (airbag light) and made a new key ..... $4,600 worth of work and car is still not fixed correctly.On August 29, 2022 we went to pick it up and it had a Service engine light on.We declined accepting it and left it again waiting for it to be fixed, again.Told it needed new injectors ordered AGAIN (they had already replaced them once), finally called and told it was ready on September 15, 2022.Went there and paid for it on September 16th and picked it up.After 5 days and 100 miles +/- the Service engine light comes on again.Took the car back on September 22, 2022. THEN we were called by Service Department and told they never knew to fix the engine light being on ? The engine light was on when it came in on July 5, 2022 and was part of the stalling and shuddering...They (Chuck Hutton) were also asked to save ALL old parts that were replaced for customer, they did NOT.Now it's September 27th and not fixed yet, they are "diagnosing" it..... which is "we will get to it when we feel like it".Seems they enjoy having people wait if it's an older car, the Owner/President either Henry Hutton or Steve Hutton never return emails or phone calls.... VERY sad service. Once this is corrected and completed as it should have been for the $4,600.00 we paid, I will not be back.Oh, BTW...DO NOT believe the corny response from owner or management of Chuck Hutton stating they are "so sorry" and please give us a call to help get this corrected that they will post in response to this....If you look, it is their standard response to all bad reviews which is worth NOTHING.....Buyer beware, service at your own risk and time.... VERY sad when hard working people are treated like this when they only wanted their car fixed right the FIRST time.

This place is a scam! I went in to drop my challenger off for another time! This one was to fix my front bumper and rear bumper! Well they ended up putting a wrap on my front and rear bumper and it took them over two damn weeks to give my challenger back to me! This is a concern to me because I'm used to having my car back to me within three days! Don't even mess with these guys! Karen did an awesome job at first but they rip you off in the end! I didn't even get a receipt ! Stay away from them because they will do you wrong in the end

Had my vehicle towed in on Monday for a starter replacement($1300) talked to my advisor Brian and he told me they could have the job done EOB. Monday they couldn't finish because they didn't have a part needed to complete the job. Tuesday they received the wrong part to do the job. EOB Wednesday my car was finished and ready to be picked up. After complaining about being lied to and broken promises. They told me that they had already taken $30 off and that's all they could do. Uber to and from work for 2 days and all they could do was $30. They even stopped giving the military discount for service. Sad day when you can't even trust a Toyota dealer to take your Toyota for service. Pretty sure this will be my last visit to this dealership.

I placed no less than 5 phone calls over a weeks time trying to speak with my advisor. I left messages each time and he never returned my call. My brother waited 3 hours for an 8:30 appointment job which should have taken no more than 30 minutes. If my advisor had returned my call, we would have known how long he could expect to wait and made arrangements to drop the vehicle and come back later for it. I find it unacceptable that my repeated requests to speak with someone in the service department were wholly ignored.

Good luck getting a return call from the service department. I left multiple messages about an emergency repair I needed for over 4 hours one morning. Even the receptionist ( who was very helpful) tried calling their direct lines and no one would answer. Even if they couldn't accommodate me I would have appreciated them letting me know.

I am currently waiting on my truck for an oil change. I scheduled an appointment for 12:00 and even came 15 min early. Was told that it would take 2-3 hours. Well I have been here for 4 hours now and is highly pissed. My blood pressure always go up when I come here! Why schedule appointments when you have people to come without one to take your spot?? I think this is the last time I'm bringing my truck to this location. I have been sitting here reading all of the negative reviews and agree with each and every one!

0 stars!! The worse ever. Prejudice and very distasteful. I was over looked for 30 mins. Serviced and so kind to all the white customers first. The guy who is suppose to explain to me the problem with my car don't know anything. He act like I'm irritating him by asking questions. I was just here last week getting a crack in my oil pan fix in which I was over charged. They charged me for labor twice for one service. I will never come back to this place for anything.

This place sucks every single time. My air conditioning has been blowing hot air for a week. I came Monday and was told to come back Saturday here I am Saturday waited 3 hours to be told I can't get serviced

My car has been in the service department for 23 days and I have not gotten a single update on it's status, every time I go up there to check on it, they don't know what to tell me other than they'll give me a call next Monday, and I don't even get that call. Don't worry about reaching them over the phone either it's impossible. At this point it's about to be a month and my car has not been looked at.
