Get to the store at 10 minutes til closing and the door is locked. Not to say I’m surprised but upset more the less. I know not good timing on my behalf.I was not going to shop I was going to return something I purchased yesterday after spending $220 at the Cato’s in Bartlett. Due to my work schedule Monday through Friday makes it difficult to get here during the week this particular item I wanted to go ahead and return so there were no problems. After the doors being locked 10 minutes till I know there will be no problems in returning this. This is not the first time it’s happened. The first time a couple months ago I get to the store with a note on the door stating that they would return at a certain time I said to self OK I’ll come back shortly there after what says on the note, I return a short time later to the doors being locked again an no one is there ,needless to say I was a bit upset. After that incident, I went back again weeks later however, this time I called to make sure that they were open the young lady picked up the phone. I got there no problem then I heard the young lady who picked up the phone speaking to another customer stating someone had just called to see if we were open. She began saying Oh they must not had any power and didn’t realize we were open when I turned around and said that was I who called to make sure you were Open, and proceeded to tell her about my last encounter of trying to shop and about making 2 trips there in 1 day due to a note being on the door. Nothing became of me saying all that , ok no problem.An that’s all I can say about that……

Every time I visit this store, there is an issue… this time I’m buying a lot stuff for daughter’s birthday. I pick something for myself as well to wear to her birthday dinner. Well after being there probably an hour I had to pee….no I couldn’t use there restroom. Then I got home and later grabbed the bag to wrap her things and my pants were not in the bag….I buy 227.00 of things and NO I can not use there restroom. I won’t go back and the receipt scu numbers do not match the items on tag scu numbers. WTH. Done

The Cato's fashion at wolfchase the hours has been shortened they're closed on Wednesdays they don't work past 4:00 and I understand the fact that she says it's due to hiring they can't get help but it's very inconvenient for the customers because when you get there you want to shop the doors are closed so I don't know what they need to do to try to hire more people but it's really not convenient for the customer if you get off of work at 6:00 and you want to go to Cato's and the doors are closed

I visited this location on 3-13-22 around 1:45 pm just to see if my shopping experience would be any better from my experience from last month an it wasn't the store manager Shelley has horrible customer service, she isn't customer friendly at all she never asked if she can assist, never smile, she always more concerned about doing markdowns that appeared to me that is what she was doing when I arrived in the store again on today, I wasn't greeted when I arrived she never walked the floor an ask none of the customers could she help find anything or nothing so when I got ready to check out that's when another associate came from the back she stood around never walked the floor to assist customer, she went to sensor merchandise from their shipment. I just wish people would acknowledge the importance of good quality customer service and the quicker you get the customers out then u can go back to your markdowns and putting your Shipment up. Wasn't a very good shopping experience again today.
