Just left the store and saw a necklace set to buy but it was missing a stone. Asked manager, Crystal for price adjustment. She said 5% which came out to .$50 cents. I said no thank you. But the reason why I’m writing this review is what she said next. She said, “It’ll just put it back out and hopefully the next “customer “ won’t realize it’s damaged and they’ll pay full price for it. I told her that is very poor customer service to do that.Just mark it down and not try to get over to n the next customer, she said no and put it back out.( So be careful when shopping at this store.) They will charge you full price for items they know are damaged. Very bad customer bad management!!!!!!!!!
