Terrible customer service. They had some lights for sale marked studio lights $40 per pair I kept looking at them and I figured out they were not studio lights but flood lights. I informed the woman they were marked and priced wrong just out of kindness and she couldn’t have cared less. She said “i don’t care” and made a comment about how she couldn’t do anything about it. I asked if she wanted to change the price since they are cheaper brand new and she couldn’t have walked away faster. Customer service here is terrible. Just too many complaints employees do their very least and are extremely rude. They don’t seem to care about making any money. They just care about talking to each other instead…

Every time I come in here they showing favoritism I guess they family members every time I come in it's an issue because I had words with someone one time but that does not have nothing to do with business the black heavyset girl is so rude if I was you I would never bring nothing to this Cash America a day in my life

Rude staff and they know NOTHING about jewelry. They compare it to their own like its better than what you have in comparison. Do not take anything here. I wouldn't buy anything either.

First let me start by saying the gentleman in there with the dreads is the only professional one that displays he has sense thank you for that. But the rest of them workers the women bad attitudes seems like they come to work to try and be cute and I did say try because none of them are cute more like washed up and ran down they all are very very unprofessional but it explains why they work where they work and I’m sure they don’t make no money a hour. Customer service is very poor at that location especially the one with the glasses with the black lips that attitude is horrible but I assume she’s unhappy with her life at this point. For the women at that location you cannot be ugly have bad customer service and ugly attitudes fix it cause the math ain’t mathing. All I will say is remove all that trash that you guys are hiring.

Rudest black women I’ve ever met in my life. No where near professional. Don’t even waste your time walking in there. There worried about liking you based on your appearance, instead of negotiating and making money on good quality items. From the looks of what I saw they need them. If they would’ve turned the attitudes and ratchet ness off for 5 min they would’ve easily made thousands off of me. I hate establishments that are prejudice against there own people! Disgusting

Exeremly bad customer service, employees there don’t know what they are doing. Dealing with them caused me to lose a good amount of money due to the lack of knowledge and their stupid return policy.... I suggest that you go to AutoZone its One block away and their customer service and return&exchange policy is more professional!

If I could give zero stars I would. This can't be a place of business not with the employees that were working there the customer service was below horrible. My sister& I wasn't greet upon arrival, we were looking at tvs for over 5 minutes. Not one of the five employees came over to assist us. Due to the fact that they were all sitting & standing around. When we went to the front no one still said anything so we ask could we look at a tv. Finally a employee Laquiris came with an attitude to assist us but I ask were was the manger at, because why do you have an attuide your at work this is your job. So Amanda the manger told me she really didn't care because Saturday was her last day anyway. Then another employee Jameria just start talking when I was speaking to the manager the employee were rude the manager didn't seem to care. This place & the customer service as well as the employee were horrible. Don't go there don't spend your money there with service like that!!!!
