One of the workers there, I didn’t catch her name, but she had locs and glasses .. sarcastic & RUDE. I tried explaining something to her and she just blew it off like she just knew what was wrong. Then when I interjected and tried telling her for a second time what the issue was, she got annoyed and gave me my stuff back. Like what? Idk if she was having an off day or what, but it was very unprofessional

So only worker spoke was friendly and patient but the one other worker was snickering and laughing the whole time glancing at me,if don’t wanna come to work don’t I guess they’ll hire anyone with working limbs but no home training

THIS PAWN SHOP DOESN'T EVEN DESERVE A 1 FOR A STAR .EVERY TIME I COME TO THIS PAWN SHOP IT'S A PROBLEM,THE FIRST TIME I CAME I WANTED TO RETURN MY COMPUTER AND THEY TRIED TO STEAL MY MONEY,THE SECOND TIME I WANTED TO PURCHASE ANOTHER COMPUTER FOR MY HOUSE AND THE CHANGED THE PRICE ON THE COMPUTER WHEN I CAME TO CHECKOUT.THIS TIME WHICH WAS AUGUST 25TH 2016 THE CASHIER WAS HUNGRY AND DIDN'T WANT TO WORK I'M THROUGH WITH THIS CASH AMERICA IF YOU CAN GO SOMEWHERE ELSE PLEASE DO.

This is a warning to all who who are trying to find a fair pawn shop to get get some extra cash to pay that one bill,or trying to sell something.Stay away from these people!They make there own rules and will not only change there policy's after you pawn but will inflate prices after you pawn.They are rude and unprofessional. I feel sorry for some of the people that work there who know,but cant say anything in hopes they wont be fired. Customer survice there is very rude and disrespectful. Most of the time they try to clean it up when I go in,but still,you should treat everyone like you appreciate there time and business.Why? because without the customer there is no business. Brothas and sistas,take your money and business somewhere else where both you and it are respected. Never again!SMH!!
