cash america use to be the best pawn shop the jewelry cases where divided from low end to high end cash prices where negotiable In the past years the store has changed selling jewelry at so called retail price of 2000.00 and up on used jewerly that has devalued it's not about customer anymore it's about a bottom line amount saw a ring I was interested in with a 4000,00 price tag cash america has changed for the worst it's so bad for them they now have a rent to owned which lets me know sales are not good this is what greed does for you used television are sold at walmart brand new prices the employees are still nice just company higher ups don't know what there doing. go back to the way things use to be so you can see profits again

Just spoke with one of the one of the representative. This is one of the best stores they have in the Memphis Tennessee area off Millbranch and Winchester. I only wanted to ask about something I put in layaway last week but the guy was so rude. He had a attitude rushing me off the phone. Never experiences behavior at Cash America.

I really dislike this place and I don't think it right to put the customer on the phone on hold for a long time for the customer in front of your face. I really do not like that fact . I feel like they should show both the same attention

Worst customer service ever. I made an offer on something respectably. The worker talked with manager and they told me a price, still way too much, and then they tried to change price back to the original price. Lady denied she ever talked to the manager, that they ever told me another number. Lied to my face. As I was thinking she grabbed the item up and tried to storm back to put the item away. I was interrupted several times when they were lying. The other workers started gossiping in the back saying no one can negotiate and she should lose her job. I finally got the manager and he came out and said they would do a price that was higher than what he told me before. $100 more than what the item was about to go to. I was lied to, big commotion the whole time. The manager saw everything and did nothing. Just stay away. Horrible store

This cash america is further than a few of the other ones, but i choose to drive further because of the incredible customer service. Even though there were a few times i didn't sell my belongings to them because i felt it was worth more than they wanted to give me, they didn't make me feel like what i was selling was worthless. I understand they have to make a profit, and this particular cash america always gives me the most $$ for my belongings, unlike a few of the others. I always recommend this store when someone needs to pawn something.

Love going to cash America,on millbranch,and its only because of Mrs Pat,she's very encourging,and always have a smile on her face.when I'm down,I know Mrs Pat always there to say something to lift u up. And I can say she definitely loves the Lord !!!!!
