No Restroom and My Wife had to go down the Street to look for a place to do the Business and didn't make it. She Messed in Her pants, the relief felt so good to Her Bowels and Intestines, both went into relax mode and She soiled her undergarments and outer wear. Her Car smelt so bad, I gagged several times on the way back home to change Her clothes. Making Us late for Our Doctor Visit for the Day. BUT, I was able to get enough Money to keep My Cellphone On and that was priority over everything else We had to do that Nasty Experience. All os Well that ends well, even with the smell of that funky cold medina

Horrible customer service hung up on me right in my face when I called about my item so when I went they told me they didn't have the item , so I looked around the store and found it and they accused me of stealing!

They have the worst customer service ever.. One day I walk in the store to pick up my item they so-called call me even though I didn’t have no call for my stuff and when I try to get my stuff , they say it on the floor so basically I had to pay extra wasnt supposed to pay and plus they said not policy not call me when my due date pass

The staff at this location is 1000% better than the one just a block away. They aren't as busy as the other location so they appreciate each customer and try very hard to show them with there service. They work with each customer to get them the best price for their merchandise...and you never leave feeling like you have been taken advantage of. If for whatever reason life causes you to have to put something in the pawn until things get better...this is the place to go!
