Car selection was easy with excellent photos, descriptions and online catalogue. Once the purchase order was completed online the process was harder. My wife used her maiden name on the title of our trade-in. My purchase was delayed twice for documentation problems, but I didn't receive any information about the nature of the problem until after two delays. It was impossible to reach a live person to assist me. I was on hold for nearly an hour on two occasions. The process is good if there are no issues, but it's terrible if something out of the ordinary needs to be done. Final issue: too many cars (including mine) only have one key!

The worst experience that could have happened to me is incredible that my car is damaged when I call customer service insurance etc... they only tell you we are sorry there is nothing we can do when they sell me a car that passed the inspection and mad what to see . Now I don't have a car, my credit is damaged and I have no money to get another car.

They did exactly what they said they would do but it was considerably more complicated than the last time I sold them a car and there was no discussion permitted about reasons or making things more convenient.

I SUGGEST TO NOT ? BUY FROM CARVANA. I BOUGHT A JAGUAR F-PACE FROM CARVANA. I t was less then 6months and I had to pay for a repair equaling 1974.00. Two weeks later and another repair of 883.00. I reached out to Carvana you can not get a live rep on the phone. I messaged the rep. and they stated I was over their extended warranty and they hope I can resolve the issue in a timely manner, I asked for a conflict resolution team, and they don't have one per the rep. These cars are junk,and when you waste your money they will not help you at all no conflict resolution or anything. Carvana is the worst experience car buying I have ever had. Be careful

The only reason they are even getting two stars is because the purchasing and delivery went ok. But now it has been almost a month and they haven't even started registration which means I will soon be in violation of Mississippi law on registration. I suspect the company just wants to hang onto the sales tax money as long as possible. I am about ready to file a complaint with the state Attorney General and the Secretary of State. I have tried contacting them and all I get is someone talking in a circle. I cannot recommend buying from them. If I am having this much trouble with registration, I hate to think of how much trouble I will have if there is a warranty issue.

Using Carvana to sell my 2017 Jeep Cherokee was so easy and quick, and Carvana offered the best purchase price without any hitches!! Definitely will recommend Carvana to family and friends!!!

Selling cars before they are ready is not good business.Placed a deposit on a car and had to wait over three weeks to see the actual product photos, in the process the trade-in offer expired and I had to resubmit the trade-in and when I did I was offered 1.2K less for my trade-in. Not good business to sell cars that you don't have ready.

Update: I filled a complaint with the BBB (Carvana is not a member). Carvana wrote the BBB back saying that we had talked and that the issue had been resolved! This is crazy. Notice the Carvana response below just tells you to contact there chat function online. I would never do business with them again.When I was about to purchase the vehicle I noticed a crack in the windshield. The carvana 'advocate' took a photo, filed a claim, and said the window would be replaced. I purchased the car. When the windshield company came to work on the car, they said they were only authorized to fix a crack and that the crack had already been fixed (but poorly - any additional fix would only make it worse). I contacted Carvana about this and they said they would look into it and get back to me. That was a month ago. I called back today and they said a Carvana employee wouldn't do that because they couldn't authorize that kind of repair. I told them that was my worry and I asked them to write a ticket so someone could get back to me about this concern. The person I spoke with, refused to write my complaint in the ticket because it was just 'my point of view'. I told her she didn't need to say what I said happened, just that she needed to report it. She again refused. I wouldn't send anyone to buy a car from Carvana.
