Wendy’s at poplar and Perkins is horrible. Got home and was missing items on my breakfast order. It was a very simple order. Also ordered coffee but they told me the didn’t have any coffee. So no coffee with my breakfast. This happens often at various Memphis Wendy’s. No coffee. Not hey sorry we’re out of coffee but we will make you some. Just we don’t have coffee. Don’t bother calling their so called customer care line you will get someone who barely speaks English. I spelled my name slowly four times and they still did not understand. Horrible.

People in the Aberdeen MS are are fed up with the Wendy's. People in this area cannot understand why this family has let this place be operated in a way where the customers are talked to in such a manner.

I was a restaurant manager located in Panama City Florida. I have worked for the Panama location for 9 years . Wendy’s fired me because I got sick and had a doctors note . On Friday the the 1st I was not feeling well and had a cough bowel movements and upset stomach late that night I reached out to my district manager trying to get my shift covered for Saturday . I was told they had no replacement for my shift and that I would need to be at work . So Saturday I came to work sick coughing . I was then told I could take off Sunday if I still was not feeling Well . I had Sunday off and I was given Monday off as well . Tuesday came I went to work even though I could not breath with out coughing . I worked 530 to 9 am and went home sick . That night I went to the hospital and was given a note not to return to work till Monday the 11th . I was called Wednesday and was told since I had put my two weeks in starting the 29th . That I did not need to return to work on the 11th . How ever I had a doctors note indicating I will still be paid my sick leave . Wendy’s agree to rehire me back come Monday the 11th as a crew member at a different location . I reported to work at 5am and worked till 916 am I reached out to my district manager about making sure my sick hours were put in for the previous week . I was told I was termed on Monday the 4th and that I would not get paid for my sick leave . And that my service were not needed . But when I was contacted Wednesday by the district manager I was told I would be paid up till the 11th and then I would be termed .I was wrongfully terminated, and had work for hours that were not paid for ! Completely unjustified!

Melinda was a great mentor for the Carlisle family. I loved wearing the uniform and standing by as she scolded me for not having common sense that the picture is right in front of me (of how to make the sandwhiches....oops forgot).
