I had a DOT physical done here 06/12/2023. I couldn't get a copy of my DOT Physical Long Form or MEC card. I was told that my examiner no longer works there and hasn't worked there for a year as of now. I was told I'll have to pay $80 for another one. Though the current one doesn't expire until 06/2025. Once an examiner leaves clients file should be transferred to an active employee. I will not come here for a DOT Physical again.

Nursing aid was very friendly, however the doctor had an attitude. He was very condescending and had an authority complex.

At DOT physicals career pro occupational. I love ❤️ ❤️ ❤️ ❤️ they service. Ms. Mildred Reed she is the BEST. The staff is excellent. Ms. Mildred Reed and the staff makes you feel like home. 1000000000000000000000000000%

This place is so unprofessional… Unfortunately I had to give them 1 star this is my second time going to this location. The receptionist was on the phone talking via AirPods cursing at whoever’s on the other end. On top of that asking for my personal information while being on the phone very unprofessional that’s a HIPPA violation. Just unprofessional..

I posted some issues I had at this facility and the owner Chris came out to address my issues and seem to care about how my father was treated. He was genuine and caring. I was very satisfied with him following up on my complaints. I felt like it will be corrected. Also I was glad to hear some of the worst people I experienced last year who was taking care my father was let go because of their unprofessional behavior. But I do give kudos to nurse practitioner Love. She was very nice and caring to my father. I wish it was more people in this world like her. Thanks again to the owner Chris and Nurse practitioner Love for showing concern and love. HATS OFF!!!!?

If it was possible, I would leave negative 5 stars. They are so unprofessional, clueless and shady. Amanda was not helpful at all and had a poor attitude. The doctor had an even worse attitude. VERY UNPROFESSIONAL AND I DO NOT RECOMMEND 0/10!

I had to take a pre-employment drug test to become an ironworker the nurse that was messing with my sample was wearing no gloves I'm currently on probation for 6 years took a drug test the day before I took the drug test with this Clinic doctor called me and told me it tested positive for three drugs that I've never used a day in my life and now that this is happened with this clinic first time I've ever used this Clinic and now I'm fixing to lose everything I have due to my test results my specimen being tampered with since I can't make a new review and respond to your comment my husband called the clinic today December 18th and talked to the owner the owner told him by law the nurse didn't have to wear gloves and in your comment said that she had gloves on I saw with my own two eyes that she did not which entails that you're calling me a liar this company is a joke I don't mind speaking that I'm on probation because nobody's perfect not even you everybody has demons and I'm not embarrassed for mine cuz they made me who I am today so I hope that you can sleep fine at night even though your comment your reply was unprofessional rude and disrespectful for an owner of a company I don't see how people like you sleep comfortable at night knowing that you disrespect people like you did on your response God bless you and I pray for you

This place is a complete mess and a joke! And Chris please come on here with your unprofessional reply to this review! Who the heck argues with ppl who are leaving their honest experience, this is a perfect example of how this place operates. Learn customer service, etiquette and just maybe this establishment will be taken seriously. I have never seen the same worker in this place more than once. Revolving door. Can’t even keep stable staff so that must be a CAREER PRO problem!
