It says on the web they take walk ins only to come and see a sign on the door that says no walk ins. That is very misleading.

RUDE! I asked a simple question the old white lady got hostile , I don’t know if she racist or what but I don’t recommend she almost got slapped today. Then when I went outside waiting on my ride they gone lock the door behind me so I won’t come in again

I’ve been here a few times now and absolutely love it! Everyone that works here is super polite and professional. Melissa Foner is excellent and does a great job of explaining things. She also goes above and beyond! Would recommend to anyone in the downtown Memphis area.

I love this place all the staff is supper friendly and goes above and beyond to take care of you. I see Melissa Foner and she is the best I have ever seen for my care. She found a diagnosis for something I have been dealing with for 15 years.She change some medication and I have never felt better. I am so great full for her she is so easy to talk with and really listens. I feel like I have my life back now and it’s the best feeling.

I love Care Memphis!! Dr. Foner is the best, the staff are incredibly friendly and accommodating. I’m beyond happy I found a clinic that I’m comfortable with and will do whatever they need to assist me. 10/10!

This is the best Dr. office I have ever been to. They have a caring staff who truly care about you as a person. I am thankful that my insurance company made me make the switch. I will never go anywhere else .
