It is a wonderful place to take your children and enjoy your day until somebody start shooting, and everybody tramples each other running for their life

This is the most GHETTO mall I've ever visited. One half didn't even have the overhead lights on, so it felt dark and gloomy. I can't imagine this place lasting much longer.

This mall has lost all of its good brand stores. No more Abercrombie, GAP. Nothing you have to go all the way to the Tanger outlets in Mississippi in order to find the stores your looking for, The only decent stores here are Dillards and JCpenny are the only reasons I still shop there, If you're looking for bath and body works just go to the Collierville Location this mall has become complete garbage, all the stores closing down and there's now only small businesses which makes it completely boring to shop here now since everything is gone here you see 7 different jewelry stores which makes no sense because we only need 2, They also closed Hollister down? AND to make matters worse they took away the Brook Brothers .. what a shame this mall used to be the top tier where everyone would go shop this is ridiculous. Memphis needs a better mall.

This is a hit or miss literally. There's a shooting every other weekend. The police literally have a command center posted at the mall with dozens of cops .If it we're in a different city it would be a 5 star mall SMH

The mall is beautiful. It's large and has such a giant selection of different stores to explore. Even if you don't want to shop, simply walking around and taking in the sights is enough entertainment. Each store I visited had a welcoming amount of kind people, always smiling and trying to engage in conversation. This place also has many types of food vendors that anyone can find something to eat from.

This Mall Has Been Here For Years & Years! And It's One Of The Biggest Malls In Memphis! I love shopping at this mall with family and friends! But this mall is continually losing stores about every month. But they are getting better.

Not what it used to be, it's okay if you go there early in the morning, but in the late afternoon and evening it is not that pleasant. Garbage everywhere, loitering, sketchy atmosphere, lots of kids and teens running around without parents. Overall it looks like it's on a decline

Wolfchase used to be great but has since been riddled with crime and lowlife's. As a resident of the area for 10+ years I have been watching things go down hill. Sad. The stores here are struggling too.

Hey guys!! I headed out on this beautiful Saturday to window shop, nibble, walk, and shop a little bit- Upon my visit today I see that not one, not two, but at least three stores are closing--Permanently!there's a possibility of a fourth- and it's majority kids clothing stores along with motherhood Maternity too!! This is disappointing to see these kids/ motherhood stores leaving the mall. So far this is whose leaving the Wolfchase Mall: Crazy 8- confirmed* Gymboree- confirmed* (of course their closing all stores everywhere) still surprised!! Motherhood Maternity- confirmed* (they're non mall location will remain open) Children's place (possibly? Information from sales associate) Here are the sales/clearance: All of the above stores 50-75%off In the TIPS section I posted which percentage for each of those stores. Happy Shopping!

Mall with a progressively changing retail environment . Plenty of shops to choose from - soon to lose the Sears anchor store- with online shopping malls will need to reinvent their business models to meet their profitability goals . Providing a safe customer friendly focus will be their next steps where guards are not just guards but community relations officers as well
