Purchased the unlimited access and quickly realized it’s not worth what you pay. 1st: the wash doesn’t clean your car completely. Both times I’ve gone through the amount of soap dispensed is laughable, and the brushes miss several areas of your vehicle. 2nd: the vacuums are either entirely broken or do not have enough suction for even the slightest amount of dirt/debris. They attempt to compensate for all of this by offering free cleaning supplies, while it is a nice gesture, perhaps start by servicing your wash bay and fixing the broken items that we pay for.

Something is ALWAYS wrong with this location. Almost none if the vacuums actually work. The lot is dirty. You get next to nothing as far as tire shine is concerned. This place needs to improve quickly, or close. Competition is popping up all around. Im going there next time
