The process was seamless and easy, as expected from Enterprise.
However, the customer service I received at this location from start to finish can only be described as stellar. A special shout out to Bryce who handled my return. He is the definition of top shelf customer service, and has set a new bar for customer service with car rental agencies.
Also, this location has Jeep Wrangler 4xe vehicles! If you want one, request a Full Size car, and 9 times out of 10 that is what you’ll get. Pretty sweet!”

“This was my second time renting from this location and once again it was a great experience! Check-in was a breeze and they had the van cleaned and ready to go. So many times at other agencies, you'll arrive and they tell you they don't actually have the specific car you rented. We needed a minivan to fit everyone for our trip, and we got exactly that - and a brand new one at that with only 5K miles on it. I would definitely rent from this location again.”

“I’m 28 and this was my first time getting a rental car and it went pretty smooth. I walked from Crash Champions to Enterprise because it was 2-3 shops down, then I accidentally walked into the wrong side but everyone was friendly and showed me to the car rental side. I got helped immediately when I walked in and Very fast service too because after I dropped my car off at 8am got checked in then walked to Enterprise I was done and back at home before 9am. It was a woman with dreadlocks that helped me and she was very fast with getting me through the process, and before I knew it someone had already brung the car I was renting to the front before she was done checking in all the way in.”

“I reserved a month a head of time. My van was there,but needed to be cleaned. I think reservations are being booked to close together. Also the deposit is taken off your card immediately, but takes 3-5 business days to reimburse which doesn't make sense. I still haven't been credited my deposit back.”
