“Overall it was a good experience as far as the installation goes. However, there were a couple of things that held a little weight in my mind, which was timing. My appointment was at 9am, didn't get my car until a little after 12noon, and had to call them? I was told it would take bout 1.5hr. And yes, i was there on time.? Secondly, there was a panel on the inside of the car by the window that seemed to have come apart from the installation, im assuming because it wasn't like that when i brought the car in. Really didnt notice it til i got home. But overall, it was a pretty good experience. Hadn't had any issues with the window since the installment. Thanks Shaw!”

“Top notch! Had a last minute chip repair. Safelight had no appointments, but Jack Morris did! I arrived early, and I was still in and done before my appointment time. This is the 3rd repair I have had on my cars. Previously they came to our home and replaced the windshield in my 22 F150 (Memphis roads). They were in and out in less than an hour with OEM Ford glass. Safelight told me it would be 2 weeks....I will always use Jack Morris Auto Glass as long as they are in business.
