My car was in a fender bender and I brought it to Cannon Collision Center. Brandon and his crew provided great work and customer service from start to finish. I would definitely recommend them to anyone.

NO STARS WOULD BE GIVEN IF IT WAS NOT REQUIRED, TO POST THIS REVIEW!? UNDER NO CIRCUMSTANCES SHOULD ANYONE (PERSON OR INSURANCE COMPANY) DO BUSINESS WITH CANNON COLLISION 4640 DAMASCUS RD. THE OWNER Brandon Cannon IS A LIAR AND PRACTICES BAD BUSINESS DEALINGS. HE RECEIVED MY VEHICLE LAST OCTOBER 2022 AND 13 MONTHS LATER MY VEHICLE IS STILL IN HIS POSSESSION ALONG WITH THE 6000.00 HE WAS PAID IN FULL AFTER STATING HE WANTED NO MONEY UPFRONT UNTIL THE JOB WAS COMPLETED BUT 2 MONTHS AFTER HAVING THE VEHICLE THAT CHANGED. HE WAS PAID WHAT HE ASKED FOR AND THE VEHICLE IS STILL NOT FIXED AND I HAVE NOT BEEN REFUNDED SO BE WARE HE’S AN UNETHICAL BUSINESSMAN AND I WANT THE WORLD TO KNOW WHO HE IS AND HOW HE CONDUCTS BUSINESS!!!!!?ABSOLUTELY DO NOT PATRONIZE THIS BUSINESS HE DOES NOT HAVE YOUR BEST INTEREST!?❗️❗️❗️❗️11/4/23 IN RESPONSE TO YOUR POST BRANDON YOU REALLY NEED TO REPENT YOU ARE A HABITUAL LIAR AND YOU KNOW IT AND ALL THE COMMENTS ON FACEBOOK FROM OTHERS YOU HAVE DONE THE SAME WAY! I wish I could give no stars. If you want your vehicle to look like a vehicle from a car auction with after market parts that doesn't fit and sensors gorilla taped to your bumper this is the place for you! THIS IS THE WORST SHOP EVER!!! They had my truck for 4 months of which the first 2 months they did nothing because they didn't have workers. You would think they would've told me to pick up my truck but instead I was fed lies. After my insurance company stopped paying that's when they started rushing to get it out and I ended up paying for 2 days not to mention it was returned dirty! They're not professional AT ALL and blamed the delay on everybody but themselves. $17,000 paid to them and my truck still had to go back in the shop to fix what they patched up. The only certification they got is being a CERTIFIED JOKE. I hope the owner takes that money and fix his teeth...clownService: Body & Trim
