Got a car from them at the end of February, by may they where telling me it needs a new engine and that I have to pay for it, not to mention I was told by Rodger it was a great vehicle and that the owner wife and other employees use to drive it. I was told that I would have to pay approximately 4500 for an engine on top of that I would have to pay that before they would fix it. Yes I was still paying a car note. I asked that why would I have to pay for a new engine if I’m not the cause of the engine needing to be replaced. He told me because I bought it as is when he told me that this was for sure the best vehicle they had at the time of purchase. I had this vehicle less the 3 months now u want me to pay 4500 for a new engine and still pay a car note. Will never do business here again. Oh yeah Blake never even talked to me every time I called he was always to busy to talk not one time did he ever return a call after I asked Rodger many times if he could have Blake to call me. Still to this day I haven’t spoke with Blake I just gave up in took a loss. ?

Wanted to take this time to praise the owner Blake on going above and beyond in making my daughter happy on her very first vehicle purchase a beautiful 2012 Dodge Avenger. He made the purchase process seem less and definitely look forward to repeat business with this dealership.

Sells you a lemon and leaves you with all the problems. Also, very disrespectful staff, oblivious to the customer needs. Only care about themselves and the money. Definitely wouldn’t recommend.

I brought this car for 8K April 2022 FROM CK'S AUTO SALE and it doesn't work, The car doesn't stay on everytime I try to crank it , it shuts completely down! I have took the car to them several times complaining about the car they won't fix it!! The car has been shutting off since the 2nd day I brought the car! They will tell me to bring it in fake like their going to fix the problem and never do! They also had me paying for parts for a car & it doesn't work! I only had the car for one month & the motor went out the same month! I went up there to complain about the car he told me to get off the property there is nothing they can do to fix my problem the owner stated he didn't care and there's nothing he can do to fix it! After I told em the problems I been having since I got the car!!! PLEASE DONT BUY A CAR FROM THEM THEY ARE SCAMMERS THEY JUST WANT YOUR MONEY !!! THEY ARE SELLING BAD CARS!!!!

Sold me a white two door cavalier that worked for the first month but I still continue to pay until it was maybe a 500 balance left and they agreed to come get it because they could fix it resale it and credit my account two of their employees came to get it WE ALL Agreed! Not to mention they had no problem selling it for MORE THAN WHAT I OWED! Fast fwd 7 or years later they go down to court file a judgement to garnish my check for 3k claiming interest! This is just a few weeks before Christmas no notice I just got approved for a place we’ve been homeless for a 3 months after having to move back to Memphis from New Orleans last hurricane and now maybe longer because my check is being garnished an I cannot afford to pay the deposit now! These people have no heart no care they didn’t care that the car broke down after just 3 1/2 weeks I was only 21 had just had my first child they didn’t care and sure they don’t care now they laughed in my face when I called their establishment!But Merry Christmas and Happy New year to anybody else going through a rough patch.

called about a truck 2 days prior to buying it and offered a deposit and was told that it would be there now I get a msg that it sold. they did not keep good word also sent a msg a day before calling and never got a response until it sold.
