Build-A-Bear has been around for a long time, however many locations have ceased to operate. I was very pleased to see this one still operational, and the service was great.

I give 5 stars for Ms. Erica...She is Awesome She made my grandbaby birthday special...She was very helpful..She was actually in the store by herself but she held it together as other customers was walking in...She kept a smile the entire time..We need workers like her...Unlike Grace at the Southaven store...She is Awful!!!
