We so highly recommend choosing Bryan Realty Group to find you a home, and while we have no plans to move for the long haul, we wouldn’t hesitate to have this dynamic company sell our home for us. Michael Bryan was hand-picked by our realtor back in our former city, and with both of them being coverted “Top Agent on Zillow”, we were confident that we would be in excellent hands.
Michael was incredibly insightful and we actually found our dream home within the first hour of looking! From there after, we worked with Seth Bryan, Affiliate Broker and also recognized as “Top Agent on Zillow”, who was exceptional throughout the entire process. He is so highly knowledgeable, delightful to chat with and super efficient in responding to any questions we had. Our Client Care Coordinator, Allison Kaserman, also took fantastic care of us and was on top of every minuscule detail communicating through the many important emails and legal documents.

Have being a past realtor myself, I am still in awe of how they run their business, take care of their clients the amazing fast responses. They have licensed, inexpensive professionals for EVERYTHING! We did have 2 prior realtors we spoke with and had them do a Comp on our home. 1 was WAY lower and the other one I believed a little to high. They NAILED it! The way and strategy they used as a team, was unmeasurable and professional. In this market, our house sold in 4 days, and 7 days after we shook hands on listing with them. Working with the Bryan Realty Group, is like having 10 people working for you and helping you every step of the way. GREAT, HONEST and KIND people!!!

Super Amazing! I could not recommend a better group to go with while searching for your home. My husband and I had been searching for over a year and a half with a different realtor and realtor group. Once we switch to Elizabeth Fair with Bryan Realty Group, she walked door to door in our desired neighborhood to find us a house. She not only found one for us, but assisted us in every step of the way. It was a seamless process. I will recommend Elizabeth and her group to everyone I know who is looking for a house! My husband and I worked with Seth Bryan. We were only in Memphis for a few days and were not familiar with the area, so after a couple of days of looking on our own, we realized we could use some help. I feel so fortunate to have called the Bryan Realty Group. I spoke with April Bryan who was very friendly. The following day we met Seth Bryan and began touring properties. Seth is very dedicated, knowledgeable, and helpful. My husband and I cannot say enough good things about Seth. Mark Marcuzzo a wonderful Realtor with whom we have a history of showings over the years. He is very professional and informed us about all of the details of each house we explored. We fell in love with the last house he showed us, and bought it that very day!
He knew everything we needed to do, every step of the way, and made all of the arrangements seamlessly. We were able to care of the purchase online, but with his guidance each step of the way. We signed electronically, so there were no trips back and forth to sign documents. Mark Marcuzzo was always available at any hour, day or night. If any question arose he found the answer or solution immediately.
