Don’t use. I waited over 2 hours for roadside assistance service and they never showed up. My insurance company State Farm called to check their ETA. They still did not respond for ETA update.

I use this company last week. I called the company and asked how much towing. I was told $85. Cool!!! The driver picked my car up and I asked how do I pay? He said cash app or debit card online. I went to the website and paid. About 20 minutes later I get a call from the company (not the driver) and was told that I was suppose to pay $92. I informed the caller that I was told $85 by 2 different ppl. He said ok and hung the phone up. I get home to find my car parked facing the wrong way on the street. Mind you me and the driver talked while he was loading my car, and I informed him the car didn't crank.

This towing company is one that will go above and beyond their duty to help in any way they can. I have used this their service several times and will recommend them to any body that need towing service. We need more towing companies like this one in Memphis and other cities. Our RV got two flats on a Sunday AM east of Memphis. Driver was about 30 minutes later than promised but he was very skilled loading and unloading. We were very thankful for his professional service...and skill! This was a very tough tow job.

3 hours late. Made me late for work. Called at 7 am didn't arrive until 10...told me 120... Get there it's 125...keep my car until I brought 5 dollars...petty and it always be your own kind...don't use them.
