This agency has the best communication skills, active listening, great home insurance policies, and awesome time management. This was the easiest thing I did during my home buying process. This Allstate office has the best customer service in Memphis, Tennessee. Brandon is very helpful and considerate. When I have a question or a concern, he and his staff are able to answer my question and resolve any issues that I am having. They make me feel like I am important to them. I called Allstate because I needed advice on flood insurance that my mortgage company was making us get 2yrs later. The agent checked to see if we was in a flood zone and instructed us on what to do. She found out we wasn't in a flood zone which prevented us from getting flood insurance we didn't even need! Allstste is honest, trustworthy and looks out for you best interest! I would do business only with them. Their slogans speaks for itself...."YOU'RE IN GOOD HANDS WITH ALLSTATE!"?
