People were nice, bathroom was scary. Not that I hold high expectations for gas station toilets but this one was worse than a park porta potty.

A awful mess.... a few wks back I paid for $20 on my pump with my debit card. After a few tries my pump still didn't work.... I went in to ask the attendant to cut the pump on and he just started screaming at me "someone took ur gas... u gave me the wrong pump.... not my problem"I showed him my recept and that didn't matter. I had my small child with me and this guy was str8 cussing me out.... to the point the other customers tried to stick up for us.... telling him that doesn't even make since!!!! But it just fueled him more and he kept shouting so I left and called my bank to report it! I feel robbed and will never go there again!!!! I've never experienced anything like that but I knew better than to go in there due to the looks of things on the outside but that's no excuse to treat a paying customer that way! Shame Shame

Just don't. Unless you're literally running out of fuel or you like dealing with ghetto vermin.

On 30 June 2009 between 6:45 - 6:50 am CST, I was on my way to work DT Memphis. I was using my DEBIT card to fill up. The display on the pump stated to see the attendant. I was told I needed to tell her how much I needed to put on the card. I said this is a DEBIT card and all I needed to do was enter my pin. She stated I need to tell her how much. When has BP started this practice? I could it if this was a CREDIT card. I have not been asked this by any other gas station. The whole point to Self-Service is so that any customer can get in and out w/out having to wait or go see the attendant, otherwise, this defeats the purpose. If this is your policy, then thank you and I will purchase gas elsewhere. If this an isolated incident, then please correct. I will be more than glad to provide you with my name and address once I receive a response and know that my personal information will not be posted on the internet or used inappropriately. Thank you!!!
