Customer service socks. I once thought this was a great boost mobile store to go to until I received a f up deal. Bought phone charger for 27.30 haven't had it a good week and the port that you plug in your phone to charge it up came out in the phone. I was told that he couldn't take it back because he have had problems like this before and when he exchanged them he then lost money because he couldn't get h8s money back. So I did said that means you are selling faulty products. If you're having problems out of the same charger why are you still selling them to you Customer. I try to support black businesses as much as I can but this put the dirty dish rag in my mouth. I would have sucked this up as a lost but you said some stuff that I won't publish. that just doesn't sit right with me. Think before you open your mouth to say stuff that you can't take back when being a business owner cause the public can make and break you words to the wise. SMH
