Unfortunately u don't have the option to rate a negative digit. Be 100% u want the phone that ur purchasing bc u can't return it unless it's defective. Now I'm stuck with a $50 phone that I paid over $100 for. Wasn't given the chance to really check the phone out. Was told they just got this phone in & was the best phone for the price. I might as well got a ? flip phone. Current status awaiting my iPhone 13 Pro Max that I'm getting through AT&T. RIP Boost Mobile....

This is my favorite Boost Mobile store and I'll continue patronizing it because of the smiling face and sincere friendliness and excellent customer service I receive from the gentlemen behind the counter at the store. It's 5 stars all the way for me.

The owner is super rude and disrespectful. He refuses to let you know store policy up front so he can keep your money! He confirmed my decision to leave Boost and never go back, never had such a bad experience with a carrier and their employees. I would rate the Gleneagles store -7 stars if I could!!

I allowed them to unlock a brand new phone for me and switched my service, after getting my phone back the screen was very dark. They informed me to do a hard reset and bring it back. After doing so, I took it back only for them to tell me the backlight is out. There's no way I would have paid for them to unlock and switch a phone over when I could have spent the money on a new phone

How do you say you open from 12-5 and it's 1pm and no one is in the office. No manager no worker no one. Every time I come it is an problem at this point i am done customers service trash.

This was the best experience with a cell phone company that I have ever had!! The salesman name was E, and have never had such excellent customer service. I highly recommend this store to everyone but only if you see E, he was great!!!!
