The two stars is for the friendly customer services. We purchase a iPhone 12 today 6/30/2023 and they took our money and my son can’t receive calls or make outbound calls . We went back up there before closing time they said it’ll take 2 hrs now it’s been 5 hrs no services . Highly disappointed

My phone did an automatic update...After updated my Sims card said invalid. Phone worked perfectly before up date. Took it to the store...they put a ticket in and told me I had to wait 72 hours. After waiting a week and not hearing from anyone. .I went back to the store. The same young lady who put my ticket in....now tells me I have to call customer service..... here's the punchline then tells me after week ..there two different companies. She can't look me up in the system....she don't have the same system.but...she put ticket in . After, all foolishness....I had my old phone turned back on....They didn't charge me for that...but never fixed my new phone or replaced the sim card I bought from them..that now says invalid....

Under construction so no phones or anything was available to sample. Although i still made a purchase my representative was sarcastic at one point when she seen i wasnt on a 3 yr old level, she got off her high horse and took care of me correctly. Sadly the foreign guy nor her didnt realise u suppose to treat customer with respect. They wouldn't have that job if it wasnt for us. Nevertheless i paid my bill got what info i could and left. After we jumped over boards and paint. This is Boost on HH side EastMemphis.
