I went to pickup my Amazon package, an IPad. I was told that the package never arrived, UPS showed it had arrived and was received by a named employee at the Boost Mobile. I called the police and completed the report for investigation. Amazon is also investigating this theft. The attitude of the merchants at Boost Mobile was horrible. I would never have sent a package to that place.

Do not buy anything from this store!!! These are not real apple products. The guy gets phone from his van and Voids transactions when you go to pay for it. He will lie and say the phones online are refurbished and that’s why they are cheaper. And that’s not the case. Do not believe anyone in this store. Red flags everywhere!!! And you can activate your phone for free!!!! Do not let him lie and say he will activate it. He will charge you!!! The AirPods they sell are fake ash!!! I never leave reviews but this place is so bad!!! I called then to tell them they sold me fake products and all the girl had to say was “okay” and she hung up… do not waste your time or money. Please be patient and wait for your phone when you order it online. You will save so much time and money!!!

I came to this place to buy a iPhone 11 and AirPods Pro all of their phones are out of the box and “sold from a van” none of the boxes are sealed and the owners are doing something shady with the phones. I bought a pair of AirPods Pro and they were fake they had none of the apple markings on them and the actual sound quality was trash compared to real ones and there was no noise cancellation this company is here to rip people off buy your stuff online from boost not this store they just want your money they don’t care about you I put pictures below of my girlfriends real air pods pro and pictures of my fake ones from this store to prove to anyone who sees this

Do not go here!!! I went in the store to inquire about a phone activation. The manager then came to the register and charged my credit card $80 to activate a phone and provided no phone number. After I questioned why the phone was still inactive, the manager stated that on a Sunday, it takes an hour for phone to become active due to lack of customer service on weekends. After 3 hours I googled the phone number to the store only to find out that the number listed is incorrect. So I drove 45 minutes back to the store where the manager assured me that the phone would be active before 5 oclock. I then noticed that he was taking payments and writing them down on paper instead of entering anything in a computer. Five oclock came and just as I expected, the store was closed and the phone was still inactive. After returning to the store the following morning, the manager then stated that there was something wrong with the phone (a bald faced lie) and offered a $15 refund. Needless to say, I refused and strongly caution anyone from ever going in this store.
