They do good work and the prices are decent. The only reason it’s a 3 and not a 5 is that the receptionist is rude as hell. I refrained from leaving a review earlier on because I know everyone has their bad days but in the five or so interactions I’ve had she has always been unpleasant and with ZERO people skills. But the owner is super nice and accommodating the receptionist needs to go through people skills training.

I had worst experience ever. I simply needed a diagnostic test ran to see why my BMW wouldn't crank when hot outside. They held my car a whole week and said I needed my battery programmed to the car. When I got home the fob wouldn't work on the doors and trunk. The next day I had the same problem with cranking. I took it back and they held it for another week. When I went to pick it up it wouldn't crank. I came the next day and was told it would be ready in 2 hours. I sat there for 6 hours. They brought my car. It still has the same problem and the fob still doesn't work. Another guy I met in the waiting room said there was a few size 13 shoe prints of oil in his peanut butter interior when he got his car back. The receptionist was rude and they were very unprofessional.

Crooks is not a big enough word to describe this establishment. I usually don't like to berate businesses, but when it's deserving then it must be done.
I took my vehicle to this company with a "Low Coolant" warning flashing on the dash of my vehicle. They agreed to do a diagnosis and get back with me whenever they discovered what it could possibly be. Well, after having the car for 4 days, they finally called and said it was the water pump. After being floored about the costs of the repairs, I okayed them to proceed with repairing it.
I can't recall the guy's name I was dealing with, so I'll just call him "Mr. Ponytail." After giving me details of everything that will happen during the repairs, Mr. Ponytail informed me that they will need at least $1K of the money up front. I asked why and he said to cover the price of the parts. I didn't agree with that notion and said that I will pay him in full when the job is complete. I asked him was that some kind of bogus shade-tree business that they are running because no legitimate repair business will ask for a 1/3 of the money before doing the work. He informed me that it was company policy and that he's just doing what was told of him. I asked if it's company policy, why didn't he inform me or either have it posted at the counter when I walked in the door?. Of course, he couldn't answer that.
Well, behind that phone conversation I grew weary and skeptical of these folks. I told him not to touch a thing and that I was in route to pick up my vehicle. When I returned to pick up my vehicle, I looked on all the walls and all over the counter, AND STILL I saw no postage about paying part of the repair fees upfront before starting a job. I asked Mr. Ponytail about the whereabouts of its existence in the lobby and, again, he couldn't answer.
I later tried warning others about their shadiness, and apparently, I was the only one in the dark. Much to my surprise more people already knew of their CROOKeness!

Took my 2008 chevy avalanche to bmi for a lifter replacement and to be honest the lifter replacement went decent but sketchy at times they were paid around 10k for they're work and parts under my warranty after finally getting my truck back the engine cover was missing, the oil dipstick tube was broken and my airbag light was illuminated and the most important of all a consistent oil leak all the aforementioned problems except the oil leak I can deal with and they replaced the cover but the oil leak has been leaking even after 2 more visits the most recent being 1 week ago and I just don't have the time to keep going back and forth with bmi I just want the aforementioned oil leak to be fixed being it never leaked at all before its initial visit to bmi the most recent visit said it was fixed and monitored for 3 days on the day I picked it up sure enough they're was a oil spot under the truck Cassandra has been kind to me in our dealings in the office but at this point I just want a complete and absolute repair of the oil leak being I'm no novice at vehicles myself my last visit said the crank seal was replaced in my head I've been under the truck and have noticed it's coming from the rear not the front but I never want to presume to tell auto repair center what I thought and saw I'd figure they'd locate the issue and solve it but 4 later my truck is still leaving a mess at my home and place of work. I'd give 4 stars for the lifter repair but the oil leak I'm left with it gets 2 stars.Service: Engine repair

Mr. Brian and Mr. Wendell are the best! They are kind in their speech, patient in their action, and knowledge about both my vehicles. As a woman, I feel very confident that they have my back and will do the right honorable thing when servicing my vehicles.

Called Requesting a quote for a heater core replacement and Cassandra is telling me that the part does not exist. You are the repair shop…..I shouldn’t have to explain to you what this is. That’s a red flag that I should go elsewhere and I will.

DO NOT EVER TAKE YOUR CAR HERE FOR REPAIR. I have never had a worser experience with an auto shop. I took my car in to get an oil leak fixed and an oxygen sensor changed out. It end up costing $2.1k which would be okay if they fixed the problem. The mechanic, Eric insured me that my car was fixed, running great and the engine light was off. When I picked up the car the first time, it cut off on me as soon as I made it down the street. Not to mention, the oil was still leaking. I gave them a second chance. The next time they kept my car for almost 3 months. Every week I would call and they tell me the same thing. “We are about to work on the car tomorrow”. After the shenanigans, I picked up the car and the engine light is still on and my car still cuts off. Not to mention, when I left the shop, it had no water or oil in the vehicle. It was bone dry. The sorry mechanic even admitted to not checking out the car thoroughly. At this point I’m fed up. No compensation was offered for my troubles and terrible serviceService: Engine repair
