Great environment to train at with great trainers to work with. The equipment they have is great , making you feel like you’re at any other gym. The experience of you and your coach working one on one makes it a great personal experience without all the other distractions. All I suggest is for you to be ready to work when you get there. I love working out at Better Life Training Fitness and Nutrition in Trinity Commons. The location is great! My trainer, Daavon Grayson, is awesome! And, the manager, Robert Conklin, takes great care of the facilities. The energy & enthusiasm is contagious!

I've been coming here almost a month and.l the location is very convenient. It's not crowded, but does get buys in the evening after work. I like that it is a smaller gym, but they definitely have what you need. I can spend time with my trainer and not feel rushed. Robert is very helpful when I have questions and my trainer Justin is just as helpful!
