I called and got a quote to repair a carpet cleaning blower from a machine that needed work. the guy that answered said it would be around 1200 to fix it max ( if it needed a repair kit he said )but said to send it in for them to check it first and they would then open it up and see what it really needed. i sent it in and thought to myself ( 1200 to fix + 400/500 freight to ship back. might be worth fixing. after several attempts to reach them via phone and text, giving me the ol' ill get back to you tomorroe..took them 4 months to get back to me with a quote, and they wanted $2500 to fix.. almost a price of a new one..i just told them to keep it so they can use it for spare parts.. which is proably what they do once they give super high price to the client and force them to either do it or throw it away...Stay away from these guys, my 2 cents.
