The store let it self go same as the workers. As expected from the hickory hill area. You can easily steal things without them noticing.

So I visited this location today on lunch and I gave a score of 8, how about 1 of there extra employees called me questioning my score? Sir why are you calling me being extra? I Did not request a call! Since you called me being extra now I’m just waiting on a call from above store leadership!

It was such an exciting adventure since I'd not been to one of their stores in many years! Wouldn't you know they had just what I needed & the prices were right as well as the assistance from the helpers!
I had a very weighty load of coins in my purse, so I figured I'd surely get rid of them at the checkout counter. The Cashier was so delightful in assisting me as she counted out all my change! So I signed up to get one of their cards she asked me about to be assured I'd get the additional discount! It couldn't have been a better time if I'd planned it myself! Hars off to Big Lots☺️

Manager "Tish" is very loud tacky rude and unprofessional (You can see right through her facade I guess ANYONE can be a manager these days) they need new management ASAP!!!she argues with customers and bullies some of her employees; I came in anonymously on Monday was in line and overheard her screaming at an employee (trying to embarrass/ridicule the young lady I guess who was fairly new) yesterday for simple asking to go to the restroom and putting her lunch away.Back of the store where furniture is smells like poop they half clean the restrooms and I saw a rat in the ladys restroom.Very Trashy Manager and place
