“This is about to sound so sponsored... Every employee here deserves a smooch on the mouth. For YEARS, I had an issue with my ebike chain falling off, and it just got worse over time despite several desperate attempts to self-diagnose. I love my bike but nearly gave up on it after failed at-home repair attempts and a bad experience with a different shop that charged me an arm and leg for a new derailer and it didn't help at all. I thought my bike might actually be totaled, but word of mouth brought me to AAB and I decided it would be my last resort. David was so transparent and voiced skepticism at first, but said "you won't pay anything until we fix it." The vibes were immediately better and I trusted they weren't going to rip me off.
