We took 8 boxes of Religion books in very good condition to donate, as we have before. They did not want the books. Even though several had wholesale value. The intake person was very unpleasant and told us to take them somewhere else. No “sorry but thanks for coming up here” or anything. We must have really offended him by bringing a donation! We guess this charity doesn’t want any $$$ donation

This used to be my favorite thrift store in Memphis, the staff and employees gave good service and have a great attitude. However their dressing rooms are always closed. How are you going to shop for clothes and not be able to try them on? I've bought a few clothing items that I thought were my size, bought them, took them home, tried them on, and they DIDN'T FIT. And not only that, they're unrefundable so I can't exchange them for something else. I feel like I wasted money on a dress that doesn't fit when all I could've done was tried it on in the dressing room and figure out that it wasn't the right fit. I used to love supporting this thrift store but I think the dressing rooms being closed off is unreasonable. I won't be coming back

Unfortunately the no food and drinks policy also applies to water bottles, and there are no exceptions during a heat advisory or for medical reasons. I was confronted by an employee as soon as I walked in with my water bottle in 100° degree weather today, during an active heat advisory. Even though I explained that it’s for medical purposes, and I have a health condition that can cause me to pass out if dehydrated, my only option was to leave my water bottle with him at the front. I was way too uncomfortable to leave my water bottle unattended with a strange man, so unfortunately I was not allowed to shop here. I felt disrespected by the way the employee treated me, and the women at the register stared at me during the entire interaction. I won’t be back.

I absolutely LOVE this store, the staff is great, amazing prices and great items. The only reason that I give it a 4 stars is that there are not dressing rooms and a NO return policy, which makes it difficult tu shop for clothes, even when getting the "right" size sometimes the fit is no the correct one, is disappointing and discouraging to purchase clothes.

Best thrift store in the area as far as cleanliness, quality, and organization. I do wish they’d either expand their hours or at least restock during off hours—the place gets too crowded and there are too many volunteers.

I was going with my friend for the first time during a thrifting binge. The store has a “no large bags” policy and I do carry a large bag. I don’t have a problem with the rule itself, but a man stationed at the front treated me like a child for not knowing about the rule. He waved me over like a disappointed grandfather, pointed to the door and said “Look over there,” and he read the sign to me like a preschool teacher. He treated me like I was purposefully breaking a rule and like I needed to be disciplined. A store not trusting its customer base is one thing. Treating me like a toddler? No deal, I don’t shop with you.
