I recently visited this location Monday. During my visit I saw several instruments appeared to be reused without proper sterilization, and there was no visible use of sterilization equipment. Additionally, staff did not consistently change gloves between patients, and parts of the facility were visibly unclean. I am concerned about the overall hygiene and cleanliness standards here and urge a thorough review of their protocols. I WALKED OUT!!!

I quit going about 6 months ago, Mirena and Cindy are nice but I got tired of being treated poorly almost every time I went in I had to wait over 2 to 3 hours just to get my nails done and I was a regular. When I would leave I would be in there for the longest time just for dip. Even if they were soaking I still would be waiting to long and when I was there first several times but was told that one time she had an appt coming in and I had to wait which I was told they didn't take appointments anymore, so that was my last straw I gave many chances but it was always me waiting for periods of time and I was patient never really complained about it

Mirena & her ladies are awesome. Great customer service, you are informed of prices before they begin, and if you are comfortable with ot they will team up & do your nails & feet at the same time so you are not there for a long time. I wasn't sure what shade of pink I wanted & Ms. Cindy was kind enough to sample a few of the colors on my nail to make sure I'd like it. Thank you ladies. See you soon!

This is the Best nails I've ever experienced Marina usually does my nails which I have not been in s while (for medical reasons) Helen did my nails and I couldn't be more pleased with the dip like pink colored nails I lifted very well pleased. I will always come here. Helen was a jewel, and they cared about my satisfaction !

I stopped coming here for awhile and came back yesterday. I was very much disappointed. The guy was rough on my nails and I didn't say anything cause I really needed my nails done for something. He made me so mad I didn't even want them painted and on top of that $35 dollars for a full set. No price change on the board. He told me after he was almost done. I definitely won't be back.

I used to love coming here and getting my nails done. I stopped coming here for awhile and decided to go today. The guy who did my nails today was rough and as if he was disgusted to even do my nails. Then I was charged $35 for a full set and I was so upset I didn't even want my nails painted a clear pink. This is definitely my last time going.

A 10 minute pedicure that was awful and then the gel polish had completely come off one of the toes 3 hours later... when I sat down for my manicure, I asked them to not use the drill on my real nails, but they could use it on top of the dip and they flat out refused until I said I could just go somewhere else. They started to use the block on my nails and continue to tell me how if they don't use the drill it will last 3 days.. I told him I would just go somewhere else for the dip then because I've gone to multiple places who don't use the drill on your natural nail and never have an issue with it lasting 3 days. Then while I was paying for the pedicure, she continued on and on and on about it in a very rude manner.

I wanted to refresh my nails and get them shorten. All I can say is never again. The butchered job was to say the least. She reshaped my natural nails and they look horrible. I asked for a clear glitter which they didn't have so the tech suggested a light pink glittery then she put this blue top coat on and now my nails are periwinkle. Bright at that it looks horrible. Run don't walk in the other direction from this place. I wouldn't recommend this place to someone I hated. I literally left in tears because I paid for this garbage. I should've read more reviews.
UPDATE:
If this doesn't speak to the poor quality then I don't know how else to convince you not to go to this shop. My nails are less than a week old and the "dip powder" is cracking off.
