Bought a TV to replace a 12-yr old unit that lost video. Good online info to know which stores had the model I wanted. Used the curb side delivery. Worked well. Notified in 30 min that the TV was ready. Pulled into pickup space. Good communication to pull to front of store for loading. Security code on phone verified I was authorized to pick it up.

Dumbest thing I ever heard. I came in to purchase headphones. Meed tp test out the sound quality they have display modules but they dont work. What wpuld make you think someone would buy items from your store when your display of your products dont work. Its showing first hand its not reliable thats crazyyyy. I wasn't rude i just had to walk out because who displays broken merchandise excepting you to buy this smh. A waste of time and gas.

THE ONLY NEGATIVE IS THAT THE STORE NEEDS TO PUT THEIR A/C ON.........IT APPEARS AS THOUGH THIS MAY BE DUE TO COST OF ELECTRIC BUT IT IS ALWAYS HOT AND CUSTOMERS SUCH AS MYSELF WANT TO BE COMFORTABLE TO PURCHASE ITEMS AS WELL AS GAIN MORE EXPERIENCE FROM THE EMPLOYEES. The score will be higher when the store is not so uncomfortable.....PLEASE make it COOLER in there~

The blue shirt staff went above and beyond to help me get the product I was looking for. I went there twice and interacted with the same guy. He was very kind and listened to my questions and tried his best to help me. Overall would love buy products recommened by him.
