The Young Lady in the area with the wigs was Absolutely Awesome. She deserves a rating. The owner/jerk on the registry was very rude, disrespectful and condescending today. I have shopped there for years and never had a problem with him and was actually shocked with his behavior today. It was difficult to just leave the store without getting ghetto. So glad I leave it up to God to take care of people like this. I will have to take my business elsewhere though I won't pay to be disrepected.

I went inside the store and the employees are watching you the the whole time you are in the store. The store has shelves blocking almost all the Isle's. You can go down one isle to try and get to what you are trying to look for. Good luck on looking for what you need.

Bad and rude customer service. I shop and buy here alot. The prices have gone up and I still shop, but this last incident have made me not want to shop there again. After me not purchasing anything the owner made a rude comment and when I asked him to repeat... He said "i say nothing".. really if you bad enough to say it while I'm walking out, say it again to my face... He says slick comments then want to laugh behind it.. no more for me at BeautyLand... He orders the same style wigs and has the audacity to go up on the prices..... I give them 0 Stars.. ????
