OMG THIS IS MY NEW FAVORITE BATTERY PLACE. The customer service is top tier. When I say someone who takes pride in they work and know how to help. This is the place to be. Her prices are amazing. I saved $150 with coming here. She had me ready less then 10 min. Though can tell this is something sheer had been doing forever. No more part stores for me when I need a battery. She also give you a warranty. If you need a battery this is the place to be.

Let me start off by saying it’s a snow storm , she’s the only shop open , plus she even called us back !!! Her batteries are affordable, she gave my man a 4 month warranty, and the battery work . Shop with her y’all . You won’t be disappointed ?

She was the best, listen I had a horrible day I was referred to battery express by a relative who purchased her battery a year ago and it is still running. When I say she literally gave me a great price and put my battery in the car within 10 mins she was so sweet and kind and honest I was even short 3$ and she said thats no problem I got you… She takes pride in her warranty and service also. Shop with her immediately you will not be disappointed she just do not know how she saved my horrible day kudos to Jay.❤️❤️

my battery went out for some odd reason and they got me right. so far, nothing crazy has happened and my car starts with no problem. the price is decent i guess.

OMG?? Best Customer Service Ever and reasonable prices!!!!! I was in and out within 10 minutes!!!! Jay was polite and very professional!!! 10STARS!!! I will definitely be back for ANY battery needs in the Future!!! I highly recommend Battery Express!!!!!!!
